Towards Sustainable Mining
We are committed to the TSM in Finland system, which aims to provide detailed information about the mining
industry and encourage the sector to develop towards a sustainable and responsible direction.
Each year, we compile a corporate social responsibility report that includes information on, among other things, the
scope of the company’s operations, taxes and fees, environmental impacts, occupational safety, and stakeholder
engagement. The results of the reporting are verified every three years by an external service provider approved by the
system.

What is TSM?
Towards Sustainable Mining (TSM) is a globally recognised sustainability standard for the mining industry.
Companies committed to it follow operating principles that respect nature, people, and the economy. The system provides mining companies with concrete guidelines for practising responsible mining and also monitors its members’ commitment to shared principles.
